Today we rolled out Softaculous, an automated script installer like Fantastico. Unlike Fantastico, Softaculous is much, much faster. Give it a try, Softaculous is located under the “Software” section of your CPanel. Currently there are 114 scripts available.

Last night we launched our new site builder. The Site Builder has over 700 templates for your use. All account holders can access the site builder through CPanel, under the software section. Our resellers are also welcome to add the sitebuilder to their clients cpanels. Demo coming soon.

We now offer free trials of our web hosting service. Free trials include 800MB of disk space and 15GB. To be eligible for free trial you must register a domain name, this is to prevent abuse of our servers. If you decide not to use our services the domain name can still be managed or transferred from our client portal. Free trials must be upgraded to full accounts within 15 days as they are permanently removed from our servers at 11:59PM EST on the 15th day. Our free trials do not restrict usage in any way to allow you to get a feel for our services properly.

Tonight we decided to upgrade all of our shared hosting plans.

The Bronze package has been upgraded from 800MB of disk space and 15GB of bandwidth to 3GB of disk space and 25GB of bandwidth.

The Silver package has been upgraded from 2GB of disk space and 30GB of bandwidth to 5GB of disk space and 60GB of bandwidth.

The Gold package now has 10GB of disk space and 100GB of bandwidth.

We now offer reseller hosting. Reseller plans include 20GB of disk space and 250GB of monthly bandwidth. All resellers will have access to CPanel and WHM to manage their accounts. We also include RVSkin and Private label support with all packages. To use our private label support just submit a support ticket and we will help you set up your helpdesk for our support staff.

The cost for a reseller account is only $12.95USD a month and includes a free domain name.

All Shared hosting accounts are now on a new server. If your name servers are set to the usual ns1.gbxnetwork.net and ns2.gbxnetwork.net there will be no problems and you can access your account normally. If you are using custom name servers please note the new IP address’s:

NS1. >> 72.29.89.237
NS2. >> 66.7.193.10

Our tech’s have successfully completed this move Wed. November 18th around 2AM. No downtime occurred during this move and all accounts were checked twice to assure no loss of data. If anyone has any issues with the new server please submit a support ticket and we will take care of it. The old server will be shutdown November 23rd around 2AM.

Our new website has launched today along with a brand new billing and support system. All billing accounts and support tickets have been imported into the new system. Any questions about the billing system should be submitted to our support tech’s either by using the submit ticket link in your new client area, or by emailing support@gbxnetwork.net from your accounts registered email address. This update will solve any issue that previously occurred when using 2Checkout for payment.
